Job Title: Home Access Care Coordinator - Receptionist

Location: Morgan, PA (On-Site)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour


Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Access Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role will serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, office inquiries, and visitor interactions. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting daily operations, including scheduling, client communications, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Communication

  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information to callers and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Respond to voicemails and emails promptly and courteously.
  • Greet visitors and clients, offering assistance as needed.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule site visits, evaluations, and installation appointments for internal teams.
  • Maintain and update staff calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Record and update scheduling information in the company's CRM system.
  • Communicate scheduling changes to relevant team members in a timely manner.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare, organize, and file documentation related to projects and client files.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, including reporting and follow-ups.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain digital records using Google Drive and company systems.
  • Keep the office organized, ensuring supplies and filing systems are well-maintained.

System & Technology Use

  • Update client data, call notes, job notes, and status changes in the CRM.
  • Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets, Calendar) to communicate and document tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of both digital and physical records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers, cloud-based applications, and CRM software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and reliability in a fast-paced office environment.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in a standard office environment.
  • On-site attendance in Morgan, PA, is required.
